Enlarged Company to Target Pensions and Investment Market
Chandos Rose, the pension specialist firm founded by ex-Wentworth Rose head Philip Rose in 2007, has merged with Hampshire based IFA Chadney Bulgin. The new, expanded operation will use the name Chandos Rose, for new clients obtained through media advertising within the pensions and investment market, whilst continuing with the Chadney Bulgin name for existing clients.
Since its formation last year, Chandos Rose has established The Telegraph SIPP Service in conjunction with Telegraph Media Group and had targeted the individual pension market. Meanwhile, Chadney Bulgin, founded in 1993 with 25 advisers and 20,000 clients, has developed a successful investment portfolio management service to complement it's established mortgage business.
Bruce Bulgin, Investment Partner of Chadney Bulgin comments:
“We are hugely excited by this strategic development. We have been looking at ways to strengthen our investment and pensions offering and we believe that the incorporation of Philip and his team will take this to a new level. We aim to establish the Chandos Rose brand as a leading investment brand.
Philip Rose comments:
“The Chandos Rose blueprint is for us to build a national pensions and investment presence targeting the “marzipan layer” of investors; those with between £200k and £2m to invest – a growth market. We aim to have some fifty, high-calibre advisers. We have admired Chadney Bulgin for some time and this merger will allow us to speed up the development of the operation by at least two years.”

The first consultation is free of charge and you are under no obligation to act on our advice. Any subsequent advice may incur a charge, but you will be made fully aware of our charges prior to any work being undertaken.
Following our review, we will take time to consider your situation and needs in detail, before writing a full report of our conclusions and presenting it to you at a subsequent meeting.
